It's finally here - day 1 of the #100Days100Blocks2018 Challenge. If you have been sitting on the fence, waiting for just the right time to start making a quilt, the time is NOW. The #CitySampler by @TulaPink is the perfect project. Great looking, simple blocks - and no limits on your color or fabric choices - it's all about the block.
Here is Block 1 - After choosing this group of fabrics, then a different group . . . that little #Moda red, white and blue dot caught my eye - and it was game on. I pulled a stash of blues and paired a simple white, (I mean, really - it is the week of July 4) and got busy cutting fabric.
Rules are simple . . . there are 100 blocks in the book, all you have to do is cut and sew the blocks, take a photo and Instagram the correct block on the correct day (in your own time zone, so no worry about that) - and be sure to use the tag #100Days100Blocks2018 -
